General Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: March 10, 2024
1. Binding Agreement
By accessing the Casino World website, mobile applications, or any associated platforms (collectively, "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these General Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and any individual Game Rules provided within the software. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Casino World (the "Company") and you (the "Player").
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and, where appropriate, notified to the Player via email. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
2. Exhaustive Definitions
The following terms are used throughout this document with specific legal meanings:
- "Account" refers to the individual user profile created by a Player for the purpose of participating in the Games and managing funds.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by the Company, subject to Wagering Requirements, which are not immediately withdrawable.
- "Cash Balance" refers to the portion of the Player's funds derived from deposits and winnings from cash wagers, which is eligible for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
- "Irregular Play" refers to betting patterns or strategies used to gain an unfair advantage over the Company, including but not limited to equal-margin betting, bonus-stacking, or the use of automated software.
- "Service" encompasses all software, gaming interfaces, customer support channels, and financial transaction facilities provided by Casino World.
3. Participation & Eligibility
3.1 Absolute Age Requirement
Access to Casino World is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. Underage gambling is a criminal offense in many jurisdictions. The Company employs sophisticated electronic verification systems to identify minors; any account found to be operated by a minor will be closed immediately, and all winnings forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Legality
Online gambling may be illegal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are complying with all local laws before registering an account. The Company does not intend for the Service to be used for prohibited gambling activities in Restricted Territories (including, but not limited to, the USA, France, and certain regions in Asia). The availability of the Website does not constitute an offer or invitation by the Company to use the Service in any jurisdiction where such use is illegal.
4. Account Integrity & KYC
4.1 Registration Accuracy
You must provide true, current, and accurate information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, permanent residential address, date of birth, and valid contact information. Failure to provide accurate data renders the account subject to immediate suspension and potential seizure of funds as part of our anti-fraud protocols.
4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Protocols
Casino World operates under strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. This may include requesting:
- High-resolution copies of government-issued identification (Passport, Driving License).
- Recent utility bills or bank statements (not older than 3 months) showing your residential address.
- Proof of ownership for the payment methods used (photos of cards, screenshots of e-wallets).
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. The Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your account by third parties. We recommend the use of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where available.
5. Financial Transactions
5.1 Deposits
Funds must be deposited into your account using methods that are legally registered in your name. Deposits from third-party sources (e.g., friends, family, or corporate cards) are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits will be voided and returned to the source, and any resulting winnings will be forfeited.
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to a standard processing period of 24 to 72 hours, during which security audits are performed. To prevent money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before they can be withdrawn. We reserve the right to apply a processing fee for withdrawals if the deposit turnover requirement has not been met.
5.3 Limits and Taxation
Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your VIP status and the chosen payment method. It is your sole responsibility to report and pay any taxes or fees applicable to your winnings as required by your local tax authorities.
6. Promotional & Bonus Terms
Bonuses are intended for recreational players. We offer various incentives, which are subject to specific "Wagering Requirements." This means you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the funds transition to your Cash Balance.
6.1 Maximum Bet Rule
While playing with active Bonus Funds, the maximum bet allowed is typically $/€/£ 5 per spin or round. Exceeding this limit will result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided. This rule is in place to prevent high-variance wagering strategies designed to circumvent house edges.
6.2 Game Weighting
Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. For example, Slots typically contribute 100%, while Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette) may contribute only 5-10%, or 0% in some cases. Please refer to our specific Bonus Policy for a complete weighting table.
7. Fair Play & Prohibited Acts
Casino World is committed to a fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Collusion: Attempting to share information with other players or coordinating betting patterns.
- Software Manipulation: Using AI, automated bots, or "spiders" to interact with the Service.
- Exploitation: Taking advantage of a software error, "glitch," or loophole to gain an advantage.
- Money Laundering: Using the Service to conceal the origins of illegally obtained money.
If the Company has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is involved in any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to freeze the account indefinitely, report the activity to the relevant authorities, and seize all funds to offset losses incurred by the Company.
8. Responsible Gaming Policy
We believe that gambling should be a fun and safe activity. We provide several tools to help you stay in control:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
- Time-Outs: Temporarily suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term block your access to the Service. This action is irreversible.
If you or someone you know is struggling with a gambling addiction, we strongly advise contacting organizations such as BeGambleAware or the National Council on Problem Gambling. Casino World will not be liable for any losses incurred if you attempt to circumvent your self-exclusion by creating new accounts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Casino World, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
The Company is not responsible for any technical failures, system errors, or communication delays that result in interrupted gameplay. In the event of a manifest error in the software (e.g., incorrect payout multipliers), all affected bets will be declared void and the stakes returned to the Player.
10. Disputes & Governing Law
If you have a grievance, you must first submit it to our Customer Support team in writing. We pledge to investigate and provide a final response within 14 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company holds its primary license. Any legal action brought against the Company must be filed in the courts of that jurisdiction.
